My personnel recommendation is Dr. Paul Riggs in Clearwater FL. I've had 3
procedures with him, with 1 more coming up in a couple of months. I am very
pleased with the results, and found him and his staff to be very honest.
Also, he is on Spencer's list of recommended HT Docs.

Personally, from what i know, New Hair Institute - sets standarts for
follicular unit transplantation. have a look: http://www.newhair.com
Bosely over charges. My advice to you is to wait a few years, at only
24 your really should wait and see what kind of pattern your hairloss
will develope.
Men in their 30s have long forgotten their teenage hairlines & are more
willing to have
grafts placed higher on the forehead. This positioning is required to give a
natural look in
an older man & account for future hairloss & limited donor site hair
availability. In most
20 year olds placing grafts in these positions will have little visible
effect & so they tend to
be unwilling to have this type of surgery. The 30 something's budget is
usually less limited
so they can have more hair grafts per session, more than just hair around
the edges.
Success in this group is measured more by the natural look of the grafts
(i.e. ability to hide
contrast) & ability to frame the face to achieve a more youthful appearance

Best wishes

Hair Transplantation, and especially one from Bosley guys - SUCKS!!!
Everybody know that Bosley practise is unfair. gUy charge people
depending on who they are, there are 2 doors in L.A. clinic - one for
preop and the other for postop patients, so that they wouldn't meet
each other. WHY? Poor results I guess. Patient's privacy? - NO.
Second of all, for how long medical consultations where performed by
people from the street, not by actual MDs? For very long....until guy
got in trouble.
Who wants to be evaluated by "trash-man" prior to surgery? I don't!
Third of all. You guys, who work for Bosley are just stupid! We know,
that when you sign contract with Bosley, you sertify that you'lll
undergo short term training, regardless your experience. You even have
to take this HT "course", if you are the best HT surgeon in the world.
Why? here is why. Bosley charges you for this training somewhere about
$250.000 - $500.000 But you are acually not paying his, you are
getting in debts. Plus, if you'lll leave Bosley at some point - you'll
be obliged to pay him 5-10% of your income till the rest of your life.
So, Bosley guys = slaves. Why to let a save to work on you?
