Does anyone know why Cobian create a file into temp folder that reach huge
dimension? Is there a way to deactivate this function or a way to limit the
dimension??

You have probably configured it to compress the backup. If you don't
compress it it will copy all files and subdirectories as is.
The only way of limit the temp file is to limit the files in the backup!
You are aware that Cobian version 9 is available!
