Brown's Nissan - Dulles Virginia, Fees and giving your phone number out.

Brown's Nissan of Dulles Virginia.
Recently I test drove a car at this dealership, The care was out of my price range as they added thousands in fee's.
Processing Fee: $900
Freight: $1000
Non-Tax Fee $128
Dealer installed accessories: $895
The salesperson "Teddy" took my phone number to say he'd call me if they could meet my price.
He clearly gave/sold my number to a mailing list. Since that day, I have been getting several calls every day from various auto groups in Maryland and throughout Virginia. They don't leave a message and I don't answer strange numbers. I googled the numbers. They are from a multitude of car dealers.
At this point I feel like Brown's basically threw me under the bus.
