navigation dvd is not readable in player

since a week my dvd/rom is not reading my disc, I allready tried it with a
other disc but still it is not working
the display RTI is oke and says" disc not readable got to volvo
workshop"does anybody know how to solve this problem

Sounds like the DVD reader is broken. You could try opening it up and
very carefully cleaning the lens with a Q-tip in alcohol but often there
is not much you can do beyond replacing it.
