Hi Corolla owners or designers
I own a Toyota Corolla 1600 GL assembled in Turkey
I love this car in every possible respect but one:
The clicking sound volume of my blinker is too low for me to hear it
blinking
Although borderline, I have almost normal hearing, but can hardly hear the
blinker clicking
Is there anyone with the same problem and how this can be corrected?
Thanks
Abe Gil

Don't shoot the AK-47 while you have the signal on..

?!? Funny guy. Do you have any idea of world events and the current status
of any countries over this way?

As a reply to the OP - you could branch a small relay off the turn signal
wiring with a buzzer attached to increase the audible tone?

The turn signal 'flasher', a small device that switches the signal on and
off when power is supplied from the turn signal switch, is what makes the
clicking noise. Your flashers are probably just quiet ones. They can be
easily replaced much like fuses and relays, so if you get compatible
flashers from a parts store, the noise will probably improve.

-- Heavy Duty flashers are available for most vehicles, and they're usually
louder than the originals.

Every day is a good day- it's just that some are better than others.

So YOU'RE the guy I was behind on I-44 who had his left turn signal on
for thirty miles!

I put a "truck flasher" it was called that on the package because it was
extra loud. Works great, if I wasn't so cheap I would probably fix the
exhaust.

Your blinker fluid reservoir is overfilled or has with the wrong
weight fluid in it. Check your Owners Manual.

My brand spanking new 04 Camry LE is like that. I can't hear it click
most of the time. So, I can just find the relay, and replace it? It is
inside the cabin somewhere, isn't it?

Usually if you tap it lightly with a left handed hammer it gets louder.
