What's with the "I think much of it had to do with the kids seeing

"...my children (where the count was unanimous… well, in response to

ever understand that we ALL could learn so much from someone like Trig
— I know he needs me, but I need him even more..."
Is this really in reference to some user who posted a comment to a
list of Palin jokes posted on a blog? Is this anonymous user the
"mean-spirited adults" she refers to?
Can someone clarify or confirm any of this?

I don't know - I posted a comment about this in another thread. Who (which
adults?) is she talking about? I may well have missed it, but I haven't
heard or read anything about Trig being targeted in a mean-spirited way.

Maybe Palin is developing symptoms of paranoia and heading off the deep end,
like Charles.
I checked some conservative blog, and apparently Sarah was referring
to a comment posted by some user under some Palin jokes. Not that
it's relevant, but the jokes were generic 'the-target-is-stupid'
jokes.
In a sick way I wish that *I* posted that comment. How many chances
do you get to play a role in national politics- in this case making a
nasty comment that contributed to a state Governor's resignation!
Sure, it's a small state, but still!
So what? She agreed to do the job. She's a public figure. Did she think
being governor would be like running the bake sale at a PTA event? Politics
isn't for people with nerves of jello.
Are you sure that's what she was referring to? If so, the word
'recently' is a bit mysterious.
If that's the case, then thanks once again, Sarah, for keeping alive
another negative story about yourself.

She'd really be a force to be reckoned with if a member of the Axis of Evil
(tm) got rowdy. Heh heh heh.
Quitter.
*That*? That's -old- (so old, I'd forgotten about it), & has nothing to do
with the baby's condition - which is what I had asumed she was referring
to. (Ignore that dangling preposition!). So, if *that's* what she's
talking about, wouldn't be the straw that broke the camel's back.

Maybe she's still deciding on what she *meant* by that.
I read or heard that the people in Alaska felt abandoned by her when
she went national. She isn't all that popular in Alaska anymore.

Well, no one can say she got help on that July 4th letter. No, she
definitely wrote that all by herself.
I was hoping for a more Nixonian: "you won't have Sarah Palin to kick
around anymore."
