After checking Goggle, I see someone else had the same P1130 after
installing a new battery. Wonder if the battery change cause this and if the
P1130 would go away or should I fix it now?
For non-Calif you can use a Bosch planar sensor (upstream and
downstream) and avoid the Denso; for Calif emissions you're stuck with
Denso (the Bosch Calif wideband one is actually a Denso reboxed until
there's enough demand.)

Answer
These DTCs indicate a malfunction with the AF/R sensor Bank One/Sensor
One, (B1/S1)it is located near the firewall in the exhaust manifold, I
don't deal with part numbers, all I can tell you is which sensor is
malfunctioning according to the information you have given me. There
is a special tool needed to remove it,(O2 sensor socket). The battery
has nothing to do with this. There is no difference in the year model
either.
I'm in California. Couple of local parts dealers I've called said they don't
have the A/F R sensor for B1/S1 (or B2/S1) but they have an O2 sensor for it
(Bosh 15733). Also Amazon.com has this Bosch O2 sensor as well for the 2000
V6 Camry. A/F R and O2 sensors have different electrical characteristics,
I'm really confused.

The Bosch universal #15733 is for downstream Calif only. However, this
excellent planar type can be used upstream only in non-Calif
applications.
