Looking for a cargo liner for a '95 legacy wagon. The kind that's
rubber and has a 1" or so lip. I'm specifically looking for one
that's form fitting and not just S, M, and L.

There are plenty of places who make custom size mats/liners. Look at
the Herrington catalog (herrington.com). They are really just the
"broker" for the manufacturer, but when I checked with the
manufacturer, it turned out that the pricing, once you figured tax and
shipping was identical. I bought a cargo liner for my Honda Odyssey
from them, it fits perfectly and is half the price of getting it from
the dealer.
