I guess my imagination is not good enough to picture this truck as a
cool street rod.

John, he is suggesting it would be a cool street rod HAULER, I guess he's right if you have a trailer queen street rod and you want to upgrade from a trailer. (So would that make it a truck queen street rod?)

I agree, but maybe all don't.
What I see are a lot of parts that look like they might be usable, like;
windshield, cab, hood, fenders.
