Modern paint for the "new" truck

Hey fellers, anyone know right off if there is a modern equivalent to the
forest green Stude used on the early 2R pick ups? Yes, I know that painting
and reassembling the "new" truck is still a long ways off, but it doesn't
hurt to start planning.

Heck, ya gotta paint the "hidden" places and engine compartment, etc. before
it goes together. Picking paint color is important while you're "doing" the
vehicle, and surely before it goes together.

I have maybe 20 quarts of NOS Clover Green if you need a exact match.
You can call Dupont for the info on a modern match. (From my web page)

Dupont Auto Paint Color Matching

1-800-3 Dupont

Call them with the year and color name and they'll

give you the modern paint code.

Take a chip to the paint store, and have them go through their "Fleet Charts"... these charts
usually have a whole page of each color- just a shade or 2 apart. You should be able to get pretty
close.
