Miss Winston, Jackie Beck?

I've always found something very humorous about the title "Miss Winston". I
just imagine this old hag, with nicotine stained teeth and a voice that would
rival Darth Vader.

describing the image I get when I think about someone with that title.

I agree, I also thought "Miss Lung Cancer" could also be an appropriate name to
go along with the nicotine stained teeth, and Vadars voice. I always imagined
her coughing, hacking and weezing as she presents the trophy.
