There is (according to me) another difference.
The guy has a 16 valve. Therefore I thought that in 1992 the 16valve Turbo
had 175 HP and the 16 valve turbo S had 185 HP (special series they only
made in the last years, with wooden dash).

The modified APC box was an option on the 900 turbo S too (185hp), so the car
came with 165hp (cause 175hp was the power without cat converter) (some said,
it was rated 165hp because of insurance reasons...)

You are right about that, but I bought the car of a 60 years old (and very
rich) lady (her husband drives an Aston Martin as daily driver and she now
owns an Audi TT and some other car) so I don't think she is interested in
doing such things. But I will try to figure out what type of engine I have.

In Belgium the S means low pressure turbo (in the older models = pre 1994)
or if Turbo it means extra turbo or luxury.
