Very Rough Shifting Automatic Help!!!

I have a 95 Lumina with the 3.1 Engine and the car has very rough shifts.
Going into second gear, it throws you back into the seat right as it shifts
into second and again in 3rd and also lightly going into 4th.

The engine has around 86,000 miles and just had it second transmissions
maintenence this last week. Also the engine was leaking oil and the shop
said they had to pull the engine forward to get to the leak.

Could it be that the service place didn't put the engine in right or that
the engine mounts are going bad.

When they did the transmission service they told us that it was in perfect
shape and so was the engine.

NEED TO CHECK THROTTLE PRESSURE. IS THIS UNIT A THREE SPEED OR DOES IT
HAVE AN OVERDRIVE. GOOD CHANCE SIMPLE ADJUSTMENT WILL FIX YOUR PROBLEM.
