Questions: Are there other fuses somewhere? Perhaps a relay? I even
bypassed that resistor board that is connected to the position switch in
rear panel. Still nothing! But as I said the fan runs fine when tested
with a jumper from a batter charger.
I'd appreciated any help you may have.
The bad news is that you have a failed solder land under the relay on the
A/C circuit board that controls power to the rear blower. And Nissan will
make you replace the whole thing. Big bucks. The good news is that you
can fix it yourself for free if you can follow the factory instructions for
getting to the circuit board; it's located behind the A/C controls.
The site Bryan references, Carl Haines' site, is good. But on this
question it merely references stuff I've sent to Carl.
I've got the full poop for this problem on my site, including scans from
the shop manual.
