93 Maxima GXE with 120K miles-very rough idle- have changed spark plug
wires, fresh oil and new spark plugs to no avail. Appreciate any assistance.

Changing the spark wire or spark plug sometimes are not enough. Make
sure you adjust them (sparks) correctly before plug them in. Since you
already changed new sparks...You don't have to ask the shop for tune-up
but ask them to adjust the timming light or distributor or point them to
a specific problem
