About twice a month, ONLY IN THE WINTER, I get a trouble code of
P1320. My dealer wants to replace all the coil packs at a cost
of almost $1000.

Any suggestions?
Can I just continue to ignore it?

Code P1320 is a primary ignition signal code. this means one or more of the
coils are bad/ not firing

Code P1320 code can be a real problem to track down unless it ECM stores a
specific cylinder missfire code , that makes it a lot easier to track down
the suspect bad coil pack.

my feeling is that you have 2 choices

1. wait till it stores a specific cylinder missfire code
2. replace all the coils.

you can replace them yourself, it ain't that hard and save yourself a little
bit in labor at the dealer.

if you ignore the code then possible damage to the catalytic converter can
happen due to unburned/raw fuel getting into the cat, BTW , OEM catalytic
converters are over 800.00$
