I took my 2000 cooper to Richard Corts in Bury, Gtr Manchester for its free
6000 mile service on Thursday, and the f*cking ba*tards smashed my passenger
door in!
When I confronted them about it they basically said "yeah? prove it!",
"we'll fix it for you for Ł100 + vat"

Avoid these f*cking ripping off, couldn't service a f*cking push-bike
so-called Rover experts at all costs!

Also try complaining directly to Rover and drop a line to the 'Watchdog'
type sections in various motor magazines.

At the end of the day you bought a new Rover. They should be on their knees
in grattitude not giving you shit.
