Where to find a hard-to-find part?

Greetings. Recently a scumbag broke into my 2000 Mercury Cougar
by prying the passenger side window out against the frame with a
screwdriver of some sort.

The window I can replace, no problem. But the damage to the
passenger-side door weatherstripping (I believe it's Ford part
number #20708) seems harder to come by, at this point.
Can anyone please offer some tips, clues, suggestions as to how
to go about obtaining a replacement part?
I've tried scouring the usual suspects.
