Check park assist on when in reverse. 03 Navigator

I have a 03 Lincoln Navigator and whenever I put it in reverse, the
bottom right of the cluster, says check park assist, but the sensors
on the bumper still works; it still beeps when I am close to an
object. Is there any way to check which sensor(s) is/are bad and also
the module too?
