We need to replace the valve cover gasket of a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. We need
the torque specifications, is there an order? What's the torque
specifications?

The spec is 8 ft-lb on the 3.3 engine and 6 to 7 ft-lb on the 2.7. If you're familiar with this type work, this is about the normal torque you'd apply to a valve cover bolt on just about any vehicle.
