Hello all,

I bought a AM/FM cassette car stereo at a garage sale, its a model "JVC
KS-RS3300" - "4 CH HIGH POWER amplifier, dolby system" - "Digifine"

Now I need to put the thing into my car and replace the old Delco AM/FM radio.

Looking at the wiring mess at the back of this unit, I am having problem
figuring out
which wires corresponds to what? I am hoping some of you here might have this
unit
and know what the wire color means. This is what I see at the back.

(black wire)
(red wire)
(black wire) paired with (grey wire) /* ie the two wires
are glued together by the plasting casing */
(black wire) paired with (brown wire)
(black wire) paired with (blue wire)
(black wire) paired with (white wire)
(orange wire)
(green wire) paired with (green wire)
thicker (white wire) paired with thicker (white wire) and the has female
connectors at the end, same type that you see on the back of a VCR video
in/out and it has the word L and R engraved on it. Left/Right?? ie for
speakers??

and a thick (black wire) that seems to have what looks like a female
recepter connector I think this is for the antena.

So anyone know how to hook this unit to a car? specifically to a 1988
Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera. Thanks for any advice.

for the speaker wires, look at the side of the connector they are on in
relation to the wires of the other front/rear spkr. of course the black spk
wires are the "-" and colored ones are "+".

power though.

They make an easy connector for your car. This is your best bet if keeping
the stock speakers and ign-key-turn-on set up.

If im wrong on anything plz dont tell me how stupid I am.
