2004 Durango production "codes"

Does anyone know what this is all about...
I have ordered a 2004 Durango Limited about 2 1/2 month back, it was
produced on the 20th of Feb (friday bad luck as they say?) and was
expecting delivery soon. The dealer called me and told me that it was not
shipped and moved to a storage area with a "RS" code. What is this about
thought some of the experienced folks here might know. I do also have a ref
# as well.

Is this that it failed or damaged or missing some items?

You didn't ask the dealer what "RS" meant when you had him on the phone???

yes asked and he had no idea.. just wanted to see if I was getting the whole
story or if they are hiding some defect or ???
