AHHAHAHAHAHAHA! obama's hand-picked liberal cunt fails again.

General Motors is recalling nearly 4,800 late-model Cadillac,
Chevrolet, and GMC trucks and SUVs to repair a problem with
their suspensions, which could increase the risk of accidents.
In fact, the problem is so severe that GM has advised owners not
to drive their vehicles until they've been repaired.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration,
some of the affected vehicles may have front upper control arms
that were improperly welded. The components were supplied by
Multimatic Inmetmatic. Depending on the severity of the problem,
the control arms could separate from the bushing, making a
vehicle significantly more difficult to control and boosting the
risk of a crash.

The recall affects the following makes and models:

2016 Cadillac Escalade built between February 18, 2016 and April
6, 2016
2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV built between February 17, 2016 and
April 5, 2016
2016-2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 built between February 11,
2016 and April 8, 2016
2016 Chevrolet Suburban built between April 2, 2016 and April 7,
2016
2016 Chevrolet Tahoe built between February 17, 2016 and April
5, 2016
2016 GMC Sierra built between February 11, 2016 and April 5, 2016
2016 GMC Yukon built between February 16, 2016 and April 6, 2016
2016 GMC Yukon XL built between February 17, 2016 and April 5,
2016
GM estimates that 4,789 vehicles in the U.S. are affected by the
recall.

The good news is, because these vehicles are so new, only 790
are thought to be in owners' hands. The remainder are still held
by GM or by dealers, who won't be selling them until they've
been repaired.

The bad news is, parts for that repair aren't yet available. GM
says that it will send an interim recall notice to owners via
overnight mail. According to GM, that notice will "direct[] them
to stop driving the vehicle and contact the dealer to have it
picked up and repaired."

A second notice will follow when parts become available. At that
time, Cadillac, Chevrolet, and GMC dealers will replace the left
and right front upper control arms and realign vehicles at no
charge.

If you believe that you own one of the vehicles affected by this
recall and have questions, you're encouraged to contact Cadillac
customer service at 800-458-8006, Chevrolet customer service at
800-222-1020, or GMC customer service at 800-462-8782, and ask
about recall #42190. You can also call NHTSA's Vehicle Safety
Hotline at 888-327-4236 and ask about safety campaign #16V256000.
