Is it true that the El Camino's and Chevelle cross members are
interchangeable ? If so where can I find one for a 77 Chevelle. I want
to put Dual Exhaust on a 77 El Camino

Yes, they are, from '73 to '77. Mine, for a '74 EC, came from a big
block '73 Chevelle. Can't answer if all the bbc cars had a dual
exhaust cross member, the first one I checked had what I needed. Paid
$40 in Ohio. Hope this helps.
