rough idle, hesitations, and bogs down off idle

My 86 iroc sat for 12 years now I've changed fluids , gas , primed the oil
pump, and changed the fuel pump. Also cleaned throttle body and replaced
t.p.s. and idle air valve still runs rough with a very big hesitation just off
idle.
