A lot of autobody supply shops can mix whatever interior color you
need and load it into spray bombs.....the plus side to this is you get
the same type of paint body shops use instead of the Wal-mart crap.
For a medium blue, you should easily get away with 2 cans max (If it's
a low hiding color)
Shouldn't cost you too much.

Let me know what you find out,There's other alternatives if my
suggestion doesn't pan out.

If animals have the same rights as humans then make
the buggers pay taxes like us humans.
Ah....you have to phone autobody SUPPLY shops, they want to sell you
paint.
Look for SEM brand interior paints as well and get back to me.
I think Duplicolor is an enamel, If I'm right,it's not what you want.
Even if you can find someone that uses DuPont I'd be able to get you a
formula for your color(Their exterior paint can be mixed for interiors
as well)
I went through the same dilemma looking for interior paint. I did a complete
color change on the interior of my s10 which is mostly hard plastic. I ended
up using PPG paint. They have a paint made for plastic interior pieces. This
paint needs to be sprayed from a gun it doesnt come in spray bombs. It can
be mixed to your factory color using the vehicle color codes or you can
customize it if you want. I can say that it is very easy to spray. I did
mine myself using a friends paint gun and I have never painted before using
a gun. If I remember, the paint type is DUI. It needs to be reduced using
PPG reactive reducer DRR 1160. You cant tell it was even painted. It looks
factory. Just make sure you clean the plastics real well. Paint doesnt stick
to Armor All real well. I used PPG DX440 wax and grease remover as suggested
by the paint store. I dont know about durability because I just did mine,
but I am happy with the appearance.

Yep...PPG works well, pretty much all major auto paint companies have
a way to do interior parts.
And yes,it doesn't come in spray bombs but can be loaded into one by a
paint distributor.
