Do you mean a PowerGlide? A 2 speed tranny? Price depends on how rotten
the bottom is. If the floors are rusted out, look for rust to be hidden
elsewhere.

If the floor and trunk panels are rusted but the rest of the body is
good then that means the rest of the body has been repaired......
you need to find out how well.

Pontiac also has a 350. I have one in my 1970 Firebird.
