Thanks in advance for your help.

It's important to first determine what kind of fluid(s) may be
involved. Sometimes the location of the puddle, isn't directly above
the leak. Get under the car and look, wipe up all the fresh oil from
the motor and put a clean piece of cardboard down in the driveway.
Take the car out for a drive, then park over it. Look at the new
dribble and look directly above it. The #1 notorious leak problem
with LT-1's is caused by the ATV sealant used at the front and rear of
the intake manifold. This is covered by a techical service bulliten so
you can call your goodwrench service manager and book an appointment
to get it fixed.

The leak is coming from the intake manifold, it is an extremely common
problem with the LT1, I actually know very few LT1 owners that HAVEN'T
had the leak! That is how common it is! Most dealers are well aware of
the problem and will be able to fix it rather quickly (less than a day
and a half).

The dealer here in Cincinnati (Beechmont Pontiac) has been pretty good at
expending effort diagnosing the leaks. The mechanic has worked with Pontiac
over 15 years. They keep an "open ticket" on my car so I don't think they're
too shocked every time I come in the door about every two months or so.
I've also had the passenger door realigned, the driver's door molding
replaced, and the T-tops weather stripping replaced/updated to the '97 year
style (double wide) to prevent leaks. Finally, on the last go-around, they
replaced the hatchback glass (crazy as it seems) to replace just the molding
which had contracted from cold/warm weather and was rattling pretty bad. GM
wouldn't let them order just the molding so they had to get the whole rear
glass w/ molding and defogger screen installed.
