Anyone ordered from SLPonline.com?

I order a few things from SLP's website. A sales guy called the same day to
complete my order, as they do not have a fully automated online ordering
system. It took them over a week to ship my in stock parts, plus I have to
wait for the UPS ground, which will bump it out to 2 1/2 weeks total.

They've got a great selection of parts, as you'd expect from them, and their
site is really functional (although real online ordering/tracking would be
nice). I'd like to use them again, but when I decide to cough up some money
on something, I hate waiting. Has anyone here ordered stuff from them? Do
they usually take a week or so before shipping the order?

Yup. Hell, took them three days just to answer my order inquiry.

If working on cars has taught me ANYTHING, it's patience. Don't be in such
a hurry to screw up your car. Look over your plans again (I'm lazy - I only
want to do a job once) or work on something else while you wait.

It'll get there soon enough. =)

Yeah, I'm very patient when doing the work. I just get anxious waiting for
my parts!

The plans in this case aren't too much to look over. I'm starting off easy
with the SLP airbox lid, K&N, and the skip shift adapter. Then maybe on to
strut tower brace, SFCs, maybe a Borla cat-back, and I was eyeing those long
tube tuned headers I mentioned in another post tonight.

Thanks for the feedback (and others).

I bought SLP Y pipe and stock shocks. Those Guys there know the meaning of
customer service, they've earned my future business.
