Twitchy speedo above 50 mph

I have a 92 gmc 2500 sierra, at speeds above 50 mph, when I hit a bump,
the speedometer jumps down 15 to 20 mph. The engine does not stutter or
shake, occasionally the idiot lights will flash also. Any ideas.

This sounds like a bad ground in the instrument panel.
