Numerous offers of this type of service are advertised in "Old Cars
Weekly" and usually specify that the car must be older than mid-1980s.
It's my understanding that the provider is not just printing a paper
title, but is technically buying the car from you and selling it back
to you in order to generate the legal paper to obtain a title in your
state. Most of the providers reside in AL which is either a non-title
state or very conducive to this procedure. Richard
