Door lock replacement cost??

Hi all
I recently had my key stuck in the door lock. Had to resort to some
force to get it out. When inserted, the key is unable to turn at all. I
guess it's busted. I was quoted a price of US$95 for each door. Is that
reasonable? Please advice, those who have installed new door locks
before. Thanks.

Forgot to add, my vehicle is a 280SE '82 model W126. Sorry about that.

$95??? Are you sure? If so get it. I was quoted like $300 for that thing
alone... long time ago... because the alarm switch unit inside that doorlock
is messed up.

Why do you need to replace all the door locks. Unless you damaged both
drivers and passangers sided. Order a coded drivers door handle and
replace it. You will get the same key that workes all the other locks
on your car and a new key. Lynda
