Congratulation for your bike !

What was the maximum speed achieved ?
Are you satisfied with its acceleration capability ?

hi and thankyou. max speed is 41 mph. it accelerates fairly quickly, not
like a gas model but lots of low end torque.

Greetings,

I have a few questions:

First, I read that this motor will run on about 6 different types of fuel
(from K-1 kerosene to av gas). Can you mix two or more fuels or do they
recommend that you stick with one until you run the tank down near empty
before switching?

Second, does this motor have a fuel filter/water seperator unit installed?
I drive a diesel pick-up and fuel quality is very important to me because a
full set of injectors (the most susceptible to bad or "dirty" fuel) runs
around $4000.00 installed.

Third, does this motor use glow plugs (or any other method for that matter)
to preheat the cylinder before starting?

Fourth, is the battery significantly larger than a typical ATV battery, or
does it perhaps use 2 like diesel pick-ups?

And lastly, do you see a noticable power drop with certain fuels (some have
fewer BTU's per gallon than others)?

Cheers - Jonathan

hi thankyou for the questions. yes you can run multiple types of fuel,
they reccomend mixing kerosene with diesel for temps below freezing. i
haven't ran into that yet, or have i tried anything but diesel fuel. yes
it uses glow plugs. and there is a water seperating fuel filter. the
battery is the same as arctic cats gas models its kind of small if you
ask me, but it works well. the engine also has a 40amp. belt driven
altenator.

Thanks for your reply.

I guess you got a robust machine. A good work horse which is also able to
provide plenty of fun for a leasure rider !
