Hi all, I will be in Atlanta on Saturday night (03/30/02) and I was
wondering if anyone might know of a good bar in the area. I will be staying
at a hotel called Residence Inn Atlanta-Buckhead located at 2200 Lake
Boulevard.

I don't know what constiutes a "good bar" but if you can get to the
intersection of Peachtree and West Paces Ferry, you will find a wide
selection of bars within walking distance. Bring a cattle prod to help
you fight your way through the crowds. You have just entered...the
Buckhead Zone.

The Buckhead crowd constitutes earl 20s to early 30s. There are cheesy bars,
pubs, clubs, and local watering holes. I'd start at Fado's at the corner of
Pharr and Peachtree, very cool Irish pub and always crowded.
