Needed: Part-time cabinet sales

cabinet shop in Gwinnett county serving Buckhead to Gainesville. Our
business has been good in new construction, and now we are looking to
diversify our market, and willing to pay you to help us grow.
We are looking for sales assistants either presently working in related
fields ( interior design, building trades, etc.) and retired design
professionals. We are paying sales commissions based on your level of
experience and your level of involvement on a given project. For instance,
if you simply knew of someone considering purchasing cabinets in the near
future, you could just refer that potential sale to us by calling us. We
would follow up and if the project turns into a sale, that pays commission!
Taking that simple concept a step further, if you are an interior designer
working with a client and need cabinetry, we can work with you and the
clients together to perfect a design at the right price. This would pay
better commission, you are more involved. Another example, if you are an
experienced kitchen designer, you are invited to bring in your design and
negotiate the deal between us and the client and earn even higher
commission. There is no limit to the earning potential, keeping in mind
that we want to offer your client a competitive price including your
commission. It wouldn't make sense to add a thousand dollar commission on a
two thousand dollar sale, but not uncommon to earn 15-20% of sales between
five and twenty thousand.
What do WE do? We are an established custom cabinet shop in business now
for ten years with an excellent reputation, specializing in residential
cabinets. In addition to our own in-house production and custom finishing,
we offer full service installation, tear-out, and most importantly,
excellent follow up to completion. We also have state-of-the-art computer
CAD systems for presentations and manufacturing. We are in the process of
completing our new 2000 square foot showroom that would be for your use as
well as ours. It is already beautiful and is only going to get better.
We have also added FIVE MAJOR LINES OF OUTSOURCED CABINETS. You may have

Pennsylvania, Raywal Kitchens from Canada, Wards Cabinets and Expressions
Cabinets. Each line is suited for a particular budget, allowing us (meaning
you and us together) to compete in many markets, from production housing to
high-end remodeling.
What do I do to help you earn commission? As sales manager, it is my
responsibility to insure that all things go well, from the point of contact
with you and/or your client, to the nuts and bolts of estimating, measuring,
processing shop plans and/or outsource orders, to coordinating delivery and
installation, invoicing, basically everything you would expect from a
professional and more. My job is big so yours doesn't have to be, and my
goal is to satisfy the customer beyond their expectations. I have over
twenty years experience in the cabinet industry, though I am new to the
Atlanta area, I am eager to go out of my way to see this program work and
grow for us all.
