PURPOSE, INTRODUCTION AND DISCLAIMER
As the treatise serves as assemblage point for the contemporary shaman,
Astrology of the past is treated much as it still flows nowadays, from
the mind of the "primitive", true mind, through the universal Eternal
Zodiac and across the Navajo Rabbit Paws of the avatar, Hopi insignia and
Siberian runes. May that lichen preserve the inscriptions on that cave

An Astrologer in Ancient Times
a) Represents the intermediary between the Spirit of Earth and the
Spirit of Heavens .
b) As an Observer of Times , accurately records and predicts the
position of stars.
c) Apart from visual , telescopic or naked eye observation, the
ancient shaman has an inner eye that enables seeing the spirit of the
battle, such as a dragon energy field over the battlefield.
An "astrologer" nowadays
a) Any toddler as trained in twenty minutes will easily tell your
life, marriage, death, all the loves in your life as well as many details
as to when and why from raw data. No chart wheel needed; no pen or paper.
Divination happens by heart before one would boot the computer. Your life
is determined in seconds. All main events are known in less than five
minutes. Anyone can do that: no need for special intelligence at all.
Butchers, florists and shoeshine boys perform this simple art by memory
for the amusement of their clients. What god is the computer when you're
not an Astrologer?
b) Is incapable of determining the ascendant set. This comes from
lack of observation. The visible skies render the ascendant set.
c) Is completely oblivious to the zodiac. Knows no zodiac.
d) After mangling the client's data, one resorts to little tricks.
The client has divers horoscopes, eastern and western. Then there are
special 134 degree aspects.
e) Why is this "degeneration of astrologers" obsessed with transits
is not clear: transits never helped anyone into any accurate prediction
at all. They would perchance serve at the end of a long calculus, that's
all. It seems that they particularly pretend to be "mercury retrograde"
wise. Retrogrades are stronger than directs, but this they will never
notice at all.
f) If something goes wrong, blame it on Mercury retrograde: this

q) Was never interested in planetary positions, one's own natal

r) Is quite incapable of guessing one's own Sun-sign proper given
seven chances.
s) Has no initiation proper or even improper .
t) If aware of any skies at all, shows disrespect by assuming "one's
own".
u) Multitasks with different completely false skies at once!
