If using 8 pm as birthtime which I read is highly questionable
Transiting Pluto square her Moon and oppose her Ascendant/conjunct
Descendant
(emotional upheavals,feeling devastated..especially regards to
relationships with others)
Transiting Neptune in Leo squaring her Mercury-South Node conjunction
in Scorpio and opposing her Saturn in Taurus for a t-square
(That has to be a great challenge for her, seems like a major
disappointment, communication issues, even bad news....with it being
fixed,it can indicate that she is hard to budge, and may not waver
during controversies,scandals,and debates)
Transiting Mars conjunct South Node
Transiting South Node conjunct Mars
(double whammy transit...has to be significant)
(it could be actions that are coming back to haunt her)
I doubt that she will be elected president based on these transits
even without the 8 pm birthtime, she still has that fixed t-square
transit as well as the double whammy Mars-South Node conjunctions.

Shrugs.......it worked for me when I picked Bush to get elected in
2004 and posted about it...I also thought Bush would win 2000
election.......This was because I thought he had better transits
according to Magi Astrology system.
I haven't looked at Hillary Clinton's Magi Astrology chart much, but
the transiting Neptune forming a t-square with her Mercury-South Node
square Saturn is very difficult for communications and can definitely
indicate bad news.
Neptune = Mercury/Saturn is interpreted rather negatively in
Cosmobiology,Uranian Astrology.
I remember reading a lot about how Bush would lose because of his
Saturn return, but they didn't say anything about his Jupiter return
which conjuncts his Moon-Chiron-Jupiter conjunction.
BTW...I am a liberal.....I want Hillary to be elected....my girlfriend
does too.
here is my post about 2004 election

These birth time issues are frustrating. AstroDataBank (see URL below) gives
the 8 PM time, but then notes that "Eileen Applegate quotes an article from
the Chicago Sun Times stating, 'Her mother went into Edgewater hospital
after midnight and Hillary was born early on the morning of October 26th.'

Someone with time on his/her hands might want to attempt an AM
rectification, but as Raymond notes, the major planets (and transits to
them) won't be affected. Speaking of transits, I have learned the hard way
that trying to call an election based on transits to one candidate's chart
is _very_ risky. Hillary's hubby had fairly lousy transits for the 1996
election, but Dole's were even worse.

"Astrology is about time . . . what else is there?"
IMHO, these inauspicious transits don't necessarily mean Hillary Clinton
won't win the elections. Firstly, you should look at the transits for the
other candidates too.
Secondly, "bad" aspects - squares and oppositions - were the ones most
favored for winning at the horse races, according to a little booklet I once
had.
Those bad aspects might be related to some personal perception of outer
events though.

While I perfectly know Hillary Clinton is not a horse and the elections are
not horse races, I think here is something to consider.

Hmmmmm...........it just seems that it would be hard to predict an
election using regular astrology transits......so many views.....easy
aspects could indicate the luck of winning...
BUT
the hard aspects could indicate the oncoming stress that the
presidential job holds
hmmmmmm
I should check out their charts in the Magi Astrology way. I checked
out Magi Astrology transits. It worked in the last 2 elections. I
also checked Bush's transits during inaugration, and that helped. The
solar arcs too.
I wonder if Cosmobiology works better....it's a very event-oriented
system highly based on planetary geometry without the use of house
systems. I actually like it better for Medical Astrology too.

Though it does use the angles, which I consider very important, too.

I'd be interested in seeing any calculations you do, since I'm not
motivated enough on my own to do it :-)
I was introduced to Cosmobiology ages ago and found the 90° wheel to
be quite good- just not really my taste. I still go for the western
wheel, planets in houses, kinda thing. But the 45° graphic ephemeris
is genius.
