Just out of curiosity, what general interpretation would you give for Chiron
conjunct an Ascendant in Aries? (Incidentally, it also forms part of a
T-Square with Sun in Cancer and Uranus in Libra).
Thanks!
Anthony.
Chiron conjuncting the ascendent
gives the individual healing abilities.
I have noticed that these people
can heal headaches for an example,
just by putting their hands on people's
forehead.

I think it depends upon one's age, as nothing remains static.
In myth, Chiron is a wild prince of a leader long before he becomes the
hermit healer. It is the pain created in/from battle with others, and
knowing how it feels, that leads him on the path to treat others in, and
relieve them of, their pain.
Chiron in Aries paints me a picture of the wild, beautiful, narcisstic
leader prince, desiring (choice of) freedom at all costs in personal as well
as social relationships ( Uranus in Libra) but with a kind, caring, and
vulnerable heart ( Sun in Cancer) that is easily prone (or prey) to pain and
hurt. The T-square houses is the battle field. Chiron may well pick up some
scars in the Aries youth but with time and maturity this very scarring could
make a well-respected professional healer of him (release point of T-square
in Capricorn). E.G. the gang ring leader could end up as the social youth
welfare worker; the knife wound could urge on the surgeon; the delinquent
could see from the other side of the court bench; etc.etc. Working in this
way with young people would be ideal for a Chiron in Aries.
Ever heard of the song * Yesterday, when I was young* ? Listen to the words
and think of 40 years into the future :-).
Christine.
I would also check out the Sabian symbol, for the esoteric work I am involved
in has it that the sabian symbol for Chiron is a symbol which represents a past
life that is influencing the current one. In other words, this symbol is the
"key" (as in Chiron's glyph) to opening up and then healing the wound that wont
go away. (ie the myth of Chiron). Cool :)
