One minor correction to your introduction. Your phrasing was a little
inarticulate and made it sound as though Olson was drugged and then
immediately killed by the CIA. Olson was given LSD as part of an
experiment at a joint NSA/CIA meeting along with several other people.
When he had a bad reaction he was sent by the CIA to see their
psychiatrist in New York. When Olson told his CIA babysitter that he
planned to go public to the newspapers about the CIA drug program they
threw him out the wind.

My father was part of the group of about 20 men that they experimented
on. He wrote that 4 of the group committed suicide and a couple of them
became murderers. He resigned in protest.
