like looking people similar to the accused . If a person can finger
the suspect accurately and in a timley manner that is what counts .
Police lineups are only corrorborative evidence anyway . With the
murder weapon , his palm print and fiber evidence , his where abouts
unknown during the shooting , his being witnessed by 6-8 people
shooting Tippit , the line up is superficial and they hardly needed a
line up .

There was plenty of confusion that day with the Dr.'s in attendence
making numerous mistakes and sticking their feet in their mouths
numerous times ! Here are key portions of the transcript from the day
of the assassination on where the Dr.'s thought the wounds where and
where they originated from
A little over an hour after declaring John Kennedy dead of gunshot
wounds he received in Dealey Plaza, doctors Malcolm Perry and Kemp
Clark faced fact-hungry reporters in a news conference at Parkland
Hospital and tried as best they could to inform the journalists of
the circumstances of Kennedy's death :
DR. MALCOM PERRY- "I don't know. From the injury, it is conceivable
that it could have been caused by one wound, but there could have been
two just as well if the second bullet struck the head in addition to
striking the neck, and I cannot tell you that due to the nature of the
wound. There is no way for me to tell."
DR. KEMP CLARK- "I have no information."
DR. KEMP CLARK- "I assume so, yes."
DR. MALCOM PERRY- "The nature of the wound defies the ability to
describe whether it went through it from either side. I cannot tell
you that. Can you,
Dr. Clark?"
DR. KEMP CLARK- "The head wound could have been either the exit wound
from the neck or it could have been a tangential wound, as it was
simply a large, gaping loss of tissue."
DR. MALCOM PERRY- "As regards the one on the head, I cannot say."
DR. MALCOM PERRY- "That would be on conjecture on my part. There are
two wounds, as Dr. Clark noted, one of the neck and one of the head.
Whether they are directly related or related to two bullets, I cannot
say."
DR. KEMP CLARK- "That is very difficult to say. We were very busy"
DR. KEMP CLARK- "We were too busy to be absolutely sure of the track"
DR. MALCOM PERRY- "I was far too busy to tell"
DR. KEMP CLARK- "A missile had gone in or out of the back of his
head"

As for your denial that the video he linked, proved fraud, he was
absolutely correct.
The WC and the government were supposed to seek out an objective, honest
resolution to the assassination, but instead, and by their own words, they
committed themselves to trying to convince the public that Oswald acted
alone. That is by any definition of the term, "fraud" - much like the
pretense that this is a "moderated" newsgroup that treats everyone fairly.

Let me see if I understand your reasoning CD.
Since there are different theories about the assassination of JFK, your
theory must be the right one???

False logic. If there are three competing theories, say, that JFK was
killed by the CIA, or by the Mafia, or by the Cuban Exiles, you in your
limited mind would say that if one were proven true that eliminates the
others. What you fail to understand is that this is not an either/or
situation. This could be a combination of the CIA, Mafia and Cuban
exiles, just like the Castro plots. And throw in some rich Texans and
some MIC types. It is not apples or oranges. It is a fruit basket.
