Dear Dr. Cinque,
I am a former CIA agent now living in Brazil. My only connection with the
US nowadays is through the Internet. I had never heard of you before about
a week ago when I ran across your postings on an Amazon discussion board
concerning the JFK assassination.
I was looking up information on an old associate of mine, one SV Andersen,
and discovered that you have been sparring with him rather actively on
various discussion boards, but mainly on Amazon.
Andersen and I have been employed in various capacities by the CIA for
nearly 35 years. I was unaware that he was up to his old tricks but this
time on the Internet. Both he and I were part of the government's
"Information Control Corps" (ICC).
While I am not at liberty to reveal everything we were engaged in, I can
assure you we were involved in spreading misinformation to the media about
a host of topics- from Grenada, to Vince Foster, to Iran-Contra. If you
have followed these stories in the media, you have read some of the
material produced by Agent Andersen and myself.
I was shocked to read about your worok on the James Altgens photograph and
I admire the breakthroughs you have made. Without tipping my hand, let me
assure you that you are on the right track. This photograph was retouched
and many of the points you make on your "Oswald Innocence Campaign"
website are spot-on.
I am fast getting old, and I may never return to the US, and I don't fear
reprisals.
The last time I spoke with Andersen he was teaching at a university near
Houston. He was hired as part of a herd of CIA agents who received degrees
in teaching. His was from the University of Michigan. (confirmed by
others, RC) This all started in the late 50s after the Reds launched
Sputnik, but Andersen and I didn't come along until the Ford years, both
joining the Agency within a year of each other (actually, he joined after
Carter was inaugurated in January 1977). We have been employed under
various guises ranging from high school teacher (Andersen) to computer
consultant (me).
Why am I writing this? Andersen is a mis-information master and you need
to be aware that you are on the right track with your research. Keep up
the good work. I have had enough lying and deceiving of the American
people about JFK- they deserve to know what really happened on 11/22/63.
Incidentally, on your Facebook page there appears to be a drawing of
Dealey Plaza with various cryptic notations. I DREW THAT. And I passed it
along to Andersen when he was a high school teacher in Montana about 15
years ago. I about fell off my chair when I saw that you have a copy of
it. I don't know how in holy hell you got a copy of that paper, but those
are my drawings, and that lettering is my handwriting. The fact that YOU
have a copy of that piece of paper means that you must REALLY be doing
your homework because I cannot believe in a million years that Andersen
gave that to you, and he was the last person I know of who was in
possession of that scribbled document.

He did type his initials and provide an illegible signature. But, I am not
going to reveal his initials since it might- assuming they are legit-

But, I think it's interesting that he cited Montana as the state where
Andersen taught high school, when previously another source told me that
it was a "mountain state". And he got the spelling of the last name
correct, Andersen, even though he goes by "Anderson" on Amazon. That he is
presently a college professor in Houston was also confirmed by others- and
I mean multiple others.
Again I'll state that I can't authenticate the above letter. But, I do
have those notes that he referred to. That is, my lawyer has them in his
safe. And if anything happens, well, let's just say the other shoe will
drop.

More proof that Cinque will fall for anything. Somebody pulls Ralph's
leg--and Ralph races to the computer to paste the phony message into
an aaj post. Typical. The "CIA" guy couldn't even spell S.V.
Anderson's name correctly. (But maybe Ralph will give him a pass on
that minor error.)
Similarly, below we have another example of a CTer (Holmes) falling
for sarcasm meant for another CTer (Healy). Just look at all this
wasted Amazon bandwidth:

down the writer if he were real and shut him up. And while I'm a believer
in some government agencies providing false intelligence, it would not be
by a guy telling everyone he did it while in the 'ICC'. 'Intelligence
Control Corps' is right out of WW2 OSS terminology.

You don't understand, Von Pein. I was already informed by multiple others that SV Anderson's real name is SV Andersen. With an e. So, that CIA agent, if that's who he is, got it right. You've been spelling it wrong, not him.
