Did John Powell see two men with a gun in the sixth floor window?

the outside at the extreme southeast window, the so-called SN window.
It wasn't open very far, so if he did see two human forms it wouldn't
have been where he could have seen anything but their trousers.

You keep phrasing questions in a way that no one can really answer.

Powell was in the Dallas County Jail, so he was viewing the upper floors
of the TSBD from nearly the same level.

Oops, wrong Powell. I was thinking of the agent. Anyhoo, if Powell
from the jail and others are seeing people in the TSBD SN window, how
are they able to see? The window was wide open only so far. Could
they have been looking through the glass of the window?

There is nothing wrong in the way I am phrasing the questions. Many of
my questions have been answered?

According to Gary Mack, the TSBD wasn't visible to anyone in the jail,
and that Powell's account is physically impossible.

In many cases, you are asking whether something is true which can ONLY
be answered by the witness himself or herself. I am sure there are some
here who think they can answer FOR a witness, but that wouldn't be reliable.
Asking of someone saw a particular thing is a good example. It might
make sense to ask, as in the case of Powell, if the person COULD have
seen what they claim to have seen . In his case, apparently not.

Martin,... Do you consider Gary Mack a reliable source of information?

He's the director of "The Sixth Floor", and that "Museum" is dedicated
to promulgating LBJ's Warren Commission Lies.

Some one did a film from the jail window showing that it was possible
to see the SN in the TSBD as I recall. This needs to be checked out.

Yes most of the time but with any research it must be checked out. In
this case I am almost certain that he is in error. This error could
be due to the cell assignment for Powell.

And Gary has his own beliefs and has checked out just about all issues
eliminating many of them with solid proof. He believes in a
conspiracy.

I don't always agree with Gary Mack, but demonizing him is ridiculous.
