Hi All,

Say, according to this video, James L. Simmons was NEVER mentioned in
the Warren Commission Report:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5No9Jiu0GI

What Mark Lane fails to tell the viewer is that Simmons's FBI
interview DID appear in the Warren Commission VOLUMES. Here it is,
right here (left hand side of page):

http://www.history-matters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh22/html/WH_Vol22_0432a.htm

Lane is simply LYING by omission, pretending that the Warren
Commission totally ignored Simmons!

The fellow is a total research FRAUD, in my view.

And yet here IS WC XVII 261-262, showing hits to the head...

X marks the spot where Mark Lane lied!

In that video, Lane is terribly selective about what questions he asks
witnesses. For example, he never asks Brehm or Bowers from where they
thought the shots came.

That's because he knew Brehm would say "one of those two buildings up
and the corner of Houston and Elm," and Bowers were say that there
were too many reverberations in the Plaza area for anybody to tell.

No, YOU would say that there were too many reverberations in the Plaza to
tell where the shots came from. Ok, then never cite anyone claiming that
the shots came from the TSBD.

Hi .John,

Brehm is coming up next in the series!

So did Bowers, and this has been quoted to you before. Don't you know how
to use the Internet, Anthony?

This thread isn't about who said shots came from the TSBD, it is about
Mark Lane cherrypicking the witness statements. Strange that you often
falsely criticize others for doing that, but never truthfully criticize
Lane for doing that.

On 11/22/63, just minutes after the assassination, Brehm told the Dallas
Times Herald something quite different:

"(D)rehm (sic) seemed to think the shots came from in FRONT OF or BESIDE
the President."

He apparently changed his opinion after being "informed" that all the
shots came from the depository.
