Does anyone know the name of the Asian-American comedian who speaks with
a Texas accent?

He used to co-host "Friday Night Videos." His big gag is that he walks
out in cowboy gear and, after the applause dies down, says, "Whut's
wrong with THIS pic-tcher?"

I really need to know this guy's name. I'll try to check back in this
newsgroup, but I'd appreciate it if you could reply to my e-mail
address.

Henry Cho it is, I guess. Thanks to everyone who helped. I never
expected such a fast response!

I think you are referring to Henry Cho. He was born and raised in the
south (lousiana?), he also appeared in Mc Hale's Navy (the movie).

I thought Henry Cho was from Tennessee; at least I heard a recent
monolog that sounded like he was talking about his school days in
Nashville.

"You know you're half Japanese half redneck...

... if you got more than one rickshaw up on
blocks in your front yard."

... if you've ever painted a Toyota with a
brush."

... if you got a samurai sword rack in your
pickup truck."

... if your idea of home decor is an Asahi
beer can pyramid."

... if there's a tiny, filthy mutt chained
up to your banzai tree."

Thank you.

Well, as I said earlier, it was ALSO Henry Cho who is out of Tennessee,
born in Knoxville in 1962. I was wrong, though, assigning him to
Nashville.
