Yes, a conversion utility called NeoGrab comes
with shareware Neopaint that converts ASCII or ANSI
to BMP which can then be converted to any image format.
I will only do 25 lines at a time though.
(I think).
But if you have a plain text file with carriage returns
and linefeeds and the lines aren't too long, you can print an
ASCII file by going to the MSDOS Prompt and
COPY MYIMAGE.ASC LPT1
It works for me.

Press "Print Scrn"-button, then go photo editor and paste. This works for
small pictures... (unless you have a very big monitor)

If you use a fixed width font (e.g. courier) then you should
be able to print your files ok.
