In the 80's I got a jeweler's driver set from RS which had a hole in
every handle and a pin to slip in and provide leverage. Unfortunately
I've lost or broken most of them since.

When I lost the pin, I used one of the smaller screwdrivers as a
replacement. That started me down the line of breaking the
screwdrivers.
