Except that it wasn't a misunderstanding.

It was a conscious attempt on George's part to accuse Ash of supporting hate crimes.

Remember that George is fond of quoting Goebbels' statement that if you repeat a lie enough times people will come to believe it.

George can't win an argument because the majority of his arguments are based on false premises. He can, however, continually accuse others of lying, whining, pedophilia, or as in this case, supporting hate crimes.

A few weeks from now, the details of the incident will be forgotten, but people will retain a vague memory that Ash was accused of supporting hate crimes, and (theoretically) that's what will stick.

The only means that victims of this sort of trolling have of combatting this is to make it clear to everyone that the accuser is lying. I think those of us who have taken part in this argument have shown, beyond any and all doubt, that George Dance saw the Nashville shooting as a means of attacking Ash, and ran with it. Let us hope that the only real take-away from this is that George Dance is a deceitful, underhanded slanderer who will stop at nothing to attack those he views as his enemies.

You better 'cause you know why -- I personally don't find transgendered or people's sexuality a threat to anything and actually is none of my business to even be against. You know why? Because it's their personal business and body, their freedom of choice and pursuit of happiness-- not mine. So if I don't want people sticking their noses in my personal business and interfering in my freedom of choice and pursuit of happiness without a legitimate reason, I won't interfere with theirs. I have my own Life to control, my own goals to pursue, and I'm secure enough in that, not to want to control everyone else's. Real simple logic which too many cannot fathom because everyone and everything must be by their insecure, self absorbed, narrow -minded world view.

If I really wanted someone dead, I wouldn't be proclaiming it in public...
