Greetings friends and enemies and those yet to become either!

Willy says I'm fixated on him, so I must prove him right or he'll look like a lying blowhard again! Every thread he's in I must be in to show him harassment like only known by those in the level of Hell I hail from. Let the threads burn! Ah, the smell of burnt Ethernet packets in the morning...

What does this have to do with poetry or poetry commentary? Nothing as is usual with the "real" poetry poseurs. This is just to try to prove they're _something_ because something happened in Columbus, GA.

Columbus could be the greatest place in the world and it wouldn't change the fact that you two are the greatest-- FOOLS of the Losenet!

Just like the LAMe ass thread about Willy being some small time commercials actor-- this is just bragging again, except since the fools have nothing of their own to brag about, they got to try to ride on the coattails of someone famous...

Being around the ass clown posse I now know how young ladies feel dealing with their horndog boyfriends...
"Oh, come on reader, you know you want our stanza of burning verse. You say no, but we know you actually do- want our rhymes in your head..."

Mr. "real" poetry, you promised me real poems...

What this has to do with poetry is the obvious connection between song and poetry.

In my view, song lyrics are poetry.

As always, your happy ass wasn't no help...
You really think everyone is as stupid as you don't you-- concert appearances in hicktown have nothing to do with lyrics or poetry. Try posting lyrics as an example of their poetry instead of bragging about some band playing in hicksville.

You know what's famous about where I come from?

Yes, that skews research considerably. He said he was 8 or 9 years old when he went to to the fair, which would put it at 1966 or 1967. Now he claims he was 12 and it was in 1970.

Being well over fifty years ago makes a difference, Pendragon.

I was young and saw the Everly Brothers perform.

I wasn't sure of the year but 1970 makes sense now.

Fact is that the Everly Brothers did a concert in Columbus Georgia around the late 1960s - early 1970s era and I caught the show.

You're right; Dockery's abuse of drugs and alcohol clearly would cause trouble with memories and standing up straight.
Frankly I'm surprised his use of substances hasn't created a self-lobotomy by now.

This I like. Even as his enemy, I accept without proof that he stopped drinking.
But he, because he's obviously bitter that I told him he blew his chance to share a common interest in the same field of artwork, will not accept that I've done something. But he keeps asking for it which we think it's obviously that he wants to see it so to put it down and lord over me (like he already did with him being a Who's Who) that he is better than me.

Now regardless of alcohol problems you suffer from a worse problem-- ignorance.

That senility/ageist laming thread that Dance posted for Will & Zod to keep bumping to ridicule and childishly troll someone for their age, also was aimed at Will & Zod since that web link also had this page:
-------
"The connection between dementia and addiction is continuously being researched, and many studies have reported that substance abuse can cause dementia. Substances like alcohol, marijuana, and prescription drugs have been found to increase a person’s chances of developing dementia. The overconsumption of alcohol can cause alcohol-related brain damage and Korsakoff syndrome. Based on data from hospital admissions, a study in France reported that 38.9% of the cases of early-onset dementia were related to alcohol use and an additional 17.6% had an alcohol use disorder.1 Marijuana is known for deficits in learning, retention, and memory loss, all of which increase the risk of dementia. Long-term use of prescription drugs, including benzodiazepines like Xanax and Valium, can lead to dementia."
"Substance Abuse and Dementia"
https://www.banyantreatmentcenter.com/2020/11/05/substance-abuse-and-dementia-massachusetts/
------
Now don't fool yourselves, brain damage from past drug abuse, just like from physical injury, could be permanent...

You're a Dry Drunk:

Dry drunk:

Colloquial Expression
Dry drunk is a colloquial expression that describes an alcoholic who no longer drinks but otherwise maintains the same behavior patterns of an alcoholic. The objective of groups such as Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous is not just to help their members stop abusing drugs and alcohol. It is acknowledged in these programs that addiction is more systemic than a "bad habit" and is fundamentally caused by self-centeredness. Long term membership in Alcoholics Anonymous has been found to reform pathological narcissism, and those who are sober but retain characteristics associated with addiction are known in AA as dry drunks. The term is used by AA in relation to feelings of anger, depression and resentment.

Many in town have noted that Brother Dave was never the same after George Sulzbach cowardly cold cocked him with a pipe. If one looks closely at before and after pictures it is evident. A good brother would have sought medical attention and have Brother Dave checked for signs of a concussion at the very least. Will Dockery fled to the shed and chowed down on an olive loaf sandwich while Dave slowly found his way home, seeking his cigarette ration.

Like I said, wo guys, the Everly Brothers, who just began a network television show in Summer of 1970 would be far from "bottomed out", then.

I'll agree that when the series wasn't picked up for the Fall season (such as what happened with Glen Campbell's similar variety show), the Everly Brothers began to "bottom out", as you call it.

And so it goes.
