Karma Bombs.

The document falls apart,
nothing left to say.
Dreams fall apart,
not so easy to face.
When the one I love
is gone to stay.
carefully try to walk the line,
then the whole thing falls apart,
feeling wounded and lonesome,
feel it straight inside my heart.

I have been exiled,
from the main place
where in this town I had a forum,
darkness, despair and la de da,
it's a swirling raging storm.

I woke up this morning,
looked at the grounds around the shed,
the trees with vines that don't let much sun in.
They told me it was okay for a man to cry,
still feels strange.
it's obvious he slaps you around some,
I thought of you in pain.

Look out, Bebe,
Karma's coming down,
it's got you now,
threefold inside you.
Karma Bombs,
they fry and flow, it lasts for generations,
responsibility.

Peace, please,
for the common good,
you look so good I want to eat you.
Witty,
amusing eye candy,
smudge the sage,
blackberry lunch,
sweet magnolia and honeysuckle.

I will personally
mail the curses
to anyone who mistreats you.
Little storm,
torrents,
it rained,
we ponder the negro nude painting.

Your prime lips,
trap of lust,
tropic,
look out little peace,
Karma's coming.
It's got you now,
threefold inside you.

Look out, Bebe,
Karma's coming down,
it's got you now,
threefold inside you.
Karma Bombs,
they fry and flow, it lasts for generations,
responsibility.

Karma Bombs,
rat tap on your head,
foam washes mermaids to shore.

Okay, I admit it isn't the best poem ever, not even close to one of mine even, but the fact remains that it is mine, written by me and thus all rights are owned by me... every single word.

Who would not agree?

Qwerty?

Who could honestly agree with the decade of lies and smears PJR has posted about me and my poem?

And so it goes, and goes, and goes...

A quick recap, Peter J. Ross stupidly lied that I had plagiarized my own poem.

I posted proof that my poem "Karma Bombs" was well established as being written by me, and thus I control all rights to the use of it.

Come now, even a silly little man like you should be able to understand that.

And so it goes.

This reminds me of the type of exercise Adam Lynn used to do with other people's work. I'm glad to see the old guy is trying to do something about his writer's block.

I wonder why he's attributing it to Rand, though? She wrote a lot of things (including one very bad modern poem), but she certainly never wrote the text he's using for his 'pastiche'.

I'd very likely refer to my friend, the Folk-Singing Geoologist Dr. David
Schwimmer, who is almost famous for his discoveries of dinosaur bones.

Read more at:
http://markgelbart.wordpress.com/2011/02/04/cretaceous-dinosaur-fossils-discovered-in-georgia-and-alabama/

============[Begin Quoted Text]=================================

Cretaceous Dinosaur Fossils Discovered in Georgia and Alabama
A fiery extraterrestrial object cooked the atmosphere and caused the
extinction of all vertebrates not in the safety of water or in underground
burrows 65.5 million years ago. This event ended the reign of the dinosaurs
which had been the dominant large animals for 140 million years and probably
would still be today, if not for the evolutionary altering armageddon.
During this 140 million year period, thousands of species of dinosaurs
evolved, became extinct, and were replaced with other dinosaur species.
Most of the evidence has vanished, destroyed by earth’s tectonic forces.
Evidence of Jurassic and Triassic age dinosaurs is absent in southeastern
North America. Though there are Jurassic outcroppings in the piedmont
region of Georgia, none are fossiliferous. However, a small piece of the
state does yield Cretaceous age dinosaur fossils. Dr. David Schwimmer, a
geologist teaching at Columbus State, combed Hannahatchee Creek, a tributary
of the Chattahoochee River, and in 1979 discovered a number of dinosaur
fossils–a first for Georgia. He’s returned to this site numerous times, and
he frequently discovers disarticulated dinosaur remains though fossil shark
teeth, fish bones, and turtle shells are far more common. Hannahatchee
Creek cuts through a Cretaceous lag deposit. A lag deposit forms when an
impediment on the ocean bottom collects bones drifting with the tides and
currents. Fossils accumulate in this same place and are cemented together.
The creek has since eroded through the deposit.

Cretaceous Georgia was much different than modern Georgia. Half of what’s
now the state was under a shallow sea, south along a line from Augusta to
Macon to Columbus. A vast saltmarsh existed adjacent to the coast. Inland
habitats consisted of deep swamp with a few high and dry pine forests.
Grass had not evolved yet. The climate was like a muggy July heat wave…year
round. There was no change of seasons.

===========[End Quoted Text]========================

And so it goes.

More on the local expert on the brontosaurus et al... folk singing
Paleontologist David Scwimmer...

http://dinosaurs.about.com/od/dinosaurbooksforadults/p/crocodylians.htm

Yes, the Folk Rock singing Dave Schwimmer is the same person as the
Paleontologist, and in fact his CD record album "Tan Lines" (A great new
song by Dave that reminds me of Shel Silverstien's "Cover of the Rolling
Stone") will be released in April, in time for Hogbottom.

Dr, Schwimmer also wrote a great book in dinosaur bones "King of the
Crocodylians".

"In King of the Crocodylians, David R. Schwimmer discusses the fossil
remains of the monstrous crocodile Deinosuchus, and what the evidence tells
us about how this huge creature lived (and died)... King of the Crocodylians
is a rare opportunity to plunge into great depth about a single genus of
prehistoric reptile." -Bob Strauss

And so it goes.

Amazingly but not surprisingly, once again Peter J. Ross proves himself a
hypocrite and a liar, by, once again, bringing up the theft of my poem
"Karma Bombs", which was stolen and used without my knowledge or permission
by his friend Michael Cook. So, again, here's the story, as I respended to
him once before, as archived, for newcomers to the newsgroups:

http://alt.poetry.narkive.com/LtOjTc0J/karma-bombs-will-dockery.2

==============[Begin_Quoted_Text]===============================

No, I didn't, Mushmouth, and I can easily repost the original here, if
you're that confused about the facts in the situation where Michael
Cook stole my poem and used it without my knowledge, permission or any
credit to me as the writer of the poem.

I'm sure you could

Of course I can, even a senile old fool like you should be able to
understand the facts of the "Karma Bombs" story by now. Here's a

and yet you managed to leave out the posts where, even though you hadn't
given permission, you were so enthusiastic when you found out.

No, Mushmouth, you're a liar, since just yesterday I gave the account
of how it went down, and you just have snipped all of that with this
post you made this morning.

I saw as soon as Cook posted the link to his website with the stolen
material on it that his plan was to rile me up just as he had Bishop,
a move that Bishop later used so well against Rik Roots, who hasn't
stopped whining about it to this day, and not so well when Bishop
tried it again with Karla Rogers, likewise, exactly the same sort of
theft that Cook had done so well the year before with his theft of my
"Karma Bombs", and, after making it clear that he had stolen the poem
from me, took a different approach, having a different reaction... I
thanked him for his "help" with promoting /my/ work, and proceeded to
make posts leading to his link, with proper credit to me as the writer
of the poem restored. Since his thievery backfired on him Cook quickly
gave up and actually "gave" me my own poem back. Here's how I put it
in a post responding directly to him, yesterday:

What can you say? Well at the time, when I wrote "Hey! You stole my
'Karma Bombs' poem!"

You wrote: "Not stolen, borrowed."

Then, when I began using the theft for my advantage, for publicity and
as a presentation of my work, and also to solidly establish that the
work was mine, since when you "borrowed" the poem without my knowledge
or permission, you also forgot to credit me as the writer of the poem
on your website (something Rik Roots is still screaming about Tom
Bishop over, when TB did that to RR), so by promoting your site with
proper credit I was establishing that.

Then, you gave me the track to do with as I wanted -which included
adding music to it, as you quoted me above- and I set it up on another
site, for that purpose. So everything worked out in the end.

Anyway, so where have you been so long, Michael?

Similarly, Tom Bishop has been missing for quite a while now, even
speculation that he's died... he vanished right after the hubbub over
when he seemed to be emulating you and stole Karla Rogers' poem
"April", put it on a video without her knowledge, permission or credit
to her. I suppose he thought that nobody on the newsgroups, including
Karla, would have a problem with the theft, since you'd been doing it
for years here with no problems.

============[End_Quoted_Text]=====================================

And so it goes... and goes... and goes... heh.

Responses to Horatio and PJR reposted here in the original Karma Bombs
thread, where so many questions are answered, as well as lies rebuked:

My use of the recording was after Michael Cook took his stolen version of
the "Karma Bombs"
poem down and gave me the file, to do with as I wished.

The poem was written by me, stolen from me, and then the thief turned the
recording of the stolen work over to me.

This is all archived, and "time stamped".

And so it goes, you continue to lie and lie, and defend copyright abuse and
poetry theft... and nothing here is new.

Except whether Horatio will show some honety and scold you for being a
LSB... which you are and have been proven to be for years now, Peter.
And welcome back... heh.

* The Karma Bombs story *

"Karma Bombs" is my poem, I wrote it.

Cook made a recording of it without my knoledge or permission, and posted
links to this without crediting me as the writer.

You've been questioning me all day about Corey's accusations, and about
Dance.

Now will you be asking PJR why he's been lying for over a decade about my
poem, which was stolen from me yet PJR continues to defend and applaud the
thief?

And my earlier question, would you consider Michael Cook a plagiarist, or
just a poetry thief and copyright abuser?

Interesting reading, this morning!

true that after a decade even you should have enough sense to know that
since I wrote the poem "Karma Bombs", Michael Cook is the poetry thief,

"Karma Bombs" is my poem, I wrote it.

It /is/ "my work".

Michael Cook stole the poem to make the recording, which he soon turned over
to me to use, and did so in writing.

''Karma Bombs'' Poem by Will Dockery

http://us.arts.poetry.narkive.com/1JYWV6UY/fadeaway-encounter-mp3-by-dockery-conley.2

Karma Bombs

The document falls apart,
nothing left to say.
Dreams fall apart,
not so easy to face.
When the one I love
is gone to stay.

Carefully try to walk the line,
then the whole thing falls apart,
feeling wounded and lonesome,
feel it straight inside my heart.

I have been exiled,
from the main place
where in this town I had a forum,
darkness, despair and la de da,
it's a swirling raging storm.

I woke up this morning,
looked at the grounds around the shed,
the trees with vines that don't let much sun in.

They told me it was okay for a man to cry,
still feels strange.
it's obvious he slaps you around some,
I thought of you in pain.

Look out, Bebe,
Karma's coming down,
it's got you now,
threefold inside you.
Karma Bombs,
they fry and flow, it lasts for generations,
responsibility.

Peace, please,
for the common good,
you look so good I want to eat you.
Witty,
amusing eye candy,
smudge the sage,
blackberry lunch,
sweet magnolia and honeysuckle.

I will personally
mail the curses
to anyone who mistreats you.
Little storm,
torrents,
it rained,
we ponder the negro nude painting.

Your prime lips,
trap of lust,
tropic,
look out little peace,
Karma's coming.
It's got you now,
threefold inside you.

Look out, Babe,
Karma's coming down,
it's got you now,
threefold inside you.
Karma Bombs,
they fry and flow, it lasts for generations,
responsibility.

Karma Bombs,
rat tap on your head,
foam washes mermaids to shore.

The poem "Karma Bombs" was stolen, used and distributed without my knowledge

A chapbook, from whence the first poem provides the title. Each book
apparently comes with a free coffee stain. (Mine did, anyway.)
Care for some disjointed images, rendered with varying degrees of
proficiency, complete with a bizarre, Egyptian pharaoh cover? This is the
book for you. There's a poem about the south and several about females.
I could write this thing up really good, but I'm full. I had to feed the
hamburger Dockery threw over the bridge to me to a cat. It was lukewarm,
anyway. If I'm to work for food, Dockery, it has to be hot. Anyway, the
onion rings were good. For those I'll quoth several of his better lines:

"Answers like seeds being dispersed into
"the breeze...
"...We stood in the marsh of reeds...
"...The Science Ladies
"wandering inside my soul (pg. 5)."

There ya go. Thank God Wilson quit publishing.

On the back cover of this tome is written the words, "Second Printing."
I was going to joke that with Dockery, this means my copy is not only the
second printing but the second copy. However, this damn thing is actually
very well written. Maybe he did actually print more than one copy in the
first printing, and sold out!
felt begins poorly, but picks up at the top of page four. Then things
really get going at the bottom of page four, and the lines roll on through
thunderous poetic crescendoes right to the end. There are amazing images
here; Tatumville park, the memory of Tracy, the father who's "a grey cat,"
even a lake of disappearing paths.
I highly recommend this chapbook on two counts, as a stunning book of
poems and as a sample of the best the comics small press has to offer.

No, it has been established and proven that Michael Cook stole (he claimed
"borrowed") my poem Karma Bombs from me, don't you remember? Here's a
refresher, from the archives:

===========[Begin_Quoted_Text]======================

Copyright abuse/theft/plagiarism notice -

So PJR wants to bury the fact that for years he's actively defended and
supported the copyright abuse, theft and, in Rik Roots' definition,
plagiarism of Michael Cook, who stole my poem ''Karma Bombs'', made an audio
recording of it and posted it to his website without even a credit to me,
then posted the link here on Usenet... meanwhile pretending outrage at
similar acts in such quotes as:

"Don't imagine that this is some kind of trivial Usenet flame war in which
the people who are against "us" can reasonably side with [the thief] because
he's also against "us". Net-abuse of this kind affects *all* of us,
whichever "side" we're usually on, and the abuser needs to be ostracised
whether he says flattering things about you or not."
-Peter J. Ross on copyright theft/net abuse, except when it comes to his
friends such as Michael Cook.

No wonder PJR wants all this to ''go away'' by crossposting this to the
kookgroup with all the content stripped... he's been clearly nailed as a
malicious hypocrite.

Here you make the mistake of confusing your value judgements of art with
Copyright Law, PJR.

Your opinions on the quality of my poem doesn't change my rights as the
creator of the poem, and the protection of my rights to the poem from
thieves such as Michael Cook.

All clear now?

I agree that Michael Cook can be considered a "nobody", but that doesn't
change the fact that he used my poem "Karma Bombs" without my permission,
word-for-word, which many would call poetry theft, copyright abuse and even
plagiarism.

Which is still theft wheter a "nobody" like Michael Cook did it or if a
"somebody" stole the poem.

Well, Corey, if this isn't proof that I wrote "Karma Bombs" (and thus proves that I own the rights to all use of the poem) then it at least establishes, by the time stamp, that I posted the poem under by byine before anyone else attempted to pass the poem off as theirs.

How's that?

I snipped it because a copyright abuse /is/ damaging from the start, so there should be no argument about that.

I'd say attempting to pass by poem off as his was "damaging" to me.

You may not agree it wasn't your poem that was stolen and plagiarized, either.

I do have the PHYSICAL evidence, the actual "Karma Bombs" recording that
Cook stole the poem from me to make.

Copyright abuse IS damaging to the person stolen from, to argument about
that is possible.

After a decade of discussing this topic, I know it pretty well, really.

Here's "Karma Bombs" in its current location:

That's where the conversation stands right now, really.

I wrote that my poem was stolen and the copyright was abused by a plagiarist trying to pass "Karma Bombs" off as his own.

That shouldn't be so difficult to understand but if it is, I'll keep trying since I know you can be kind of slow.

This was after Michael Cook took his stolen version of the "Karma Bombs"
poem down and gave me the file, to do with as I wished.

The poem was written by me, stolen from me, and then the thief turned the
recording of the stolen work over to me.

This is all archived, and "time stamped".

And so it goes, you continue to lie and lie, and defend copyright abuse and
poetry theft... and nothing here is new.

Interesting reading, this afternoon!
