That's most likely an imposter.

What George actually said was that NAMBLA is "the group that's done the most to fight the above discrimination."

And "I did point out that NAMBLA's been fighting the legal battle against the pedo's homophobic laws for decades, and here in Canada at least the "pedophiles" (as he'd call them) on the Supreme Court have agreed with them: those laws are unconstitutional."

Note that he isn't supporting NAMBLA's beliefs -- he's supporting their fight for gay rights.
